Marrow Components Wide Body FR Stem - It's in their bones!

First thing I must say is that I dig this stem. I've been using the Marrow Components Wide Body stem for nearly 8 months and I find it to be a perfect fit on my freeride rig. Just the right size and weight. With a length of 50mm and no rise. The Wide Body stem is designed to perform best with handlebars having no more than 25.4mm (1") rise.

It looks like a massive chunk of metal, which I love. But it's incredibally light for its size, always a bonus. The 'M' shaped faceplate is cool looking but handles its purpose well. It grips tight to the handlebars and steerer tube using supplied 12.9 grade alloy hardware. I've never had to adjust it since I bolted it on. Stem comes with 2 sets of bolts. One set silver, the other black.

This bad boy has taking a beating and hasn't failed me yet. It's seen all forms of terrain and riding styles. Not to mention it's bashed into rocks & roots during crashes and barely has a scratch on it. Made for 31.8mm oversided bars and your choice of 1.125" (1⅛") or 1.5" (1½") steerer tube diameters. You also get 6 anodized color choices: Black, Blue, Purple, Green, Orange, and Teal.

Wickedly Thin! AE-01 Evo Pedals from HT Components

I've spent the past 7 months putting HT's AE-01 pedals to the test on my freeride rig and my dirt jump rig. In that time on these pedals I have come to love them. Only one pedal slip and it was purely my fault, I barely had my foot on the pedal.

Traction is maximized with 10 grip pins on each side of the pedal and a thickness of only 11mm. The platform measures 102mm long x 96mm wide x 11mm thin. Eliminating roll overs completely. Not to mention it gives you better ground clearance and they look great.

These bad boys have seen their share of abuse in all kinds of situations and conditions. Snow, rain, mud, silt, sand, rocks, roots, etc. I find these flats work great for freeride, downhill, all mountain, dirt jump and even cross country.

The AE-01's have gnarly amounts of traction due to 20 grip pins per pedal. They weigh next to nothing, 358 grams for the pair. The pedal body is made of CNC machined extruded aluminum. Measuring 102mm x 96mm x 11mm (L/W/H). Spindles are CNC machined out of cromoly steel with dual DU bushings and one patent bearing.
